How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten the details to access your LifeCode page you can follow the link here. If you are still unable to access your LifeCode page, please visit our Password Retrieval Form. With both systems you'll receive an email which will give you either your old login or a new one. Please only use the Password Retrieval Form if the automated system has not resolved your issue.
What is the my blocks Page?
The 'My Blocks' page allows users to track their very own LifeBlock which they have sponsored. You simply log-in with a LifeCode/Username and password and you can then find out information about your block. If you'd like to sponsor a block please visit our 'Sponsoring' page. (NOTE: This is separate from 'Fund a Block'.)
When Will blocks be sent out?
We envisage that blocks would be sent out on the first working day of the month. Blocks must be sponsored one week prior to this day. Please note that Insul-ate is not fully up and running yet, so blocks cannot currently be sent.
What is the difference between Sponsor a Block and Fund a block?
Sponsor a Block allows you to track your very own LifeBlock whilst Fund a Block purely funds a block with no tracking features. For a full run down of the differences and privileges of Sponsor a Block, visit our 'Sponsoring' page
